Oily Sludge Management

Centrifugal System
High-throughput mechanical separation using heating, chemical conditioning, and three-phase decanters. Recovers reusable oil (BS&W < 1.5%), generates clean water(oil < 1%), and isolates solids for further treatment.
Bio-Reactor Treatment
Biological degradation of residual hydrocarbons using controlled aeration, nutrient dosing, and microbial activity. Reduces TPH levels and achieves TCLP-compliant solids suitable for disposal or beneficial reuse.
